Looks fine on mine. Of course I'm using the all forgiving IE.
As for the cab. Looks good. Pretty simple non-cluttered control panel. Good graphics. Nice cab.

I've got some feedback. Change your HTML so you're not using all those freakin layers with absolute positions and hidden overflow. Because of the way you've got your page set up (a combination of your coding and my IE) the layers all overlap and I can't read the text because your pictures are on top of the words (or your words are on top of your words). Why not just use a table?
If I can't even read a full paragraph on a webpage, I'm not going to spend much time there.
EXAMPLE SCREEN CAPTURE OF WHAT I SEE WHEN I VISIT YOUR PAGE:
Strange... which browser do you use? I am using Firefox and it shows up nicely. I noticed the font is different maybe thats the problem. Will look into it :)

Good looking cab, no problems viewing the pages.
I would suggest losing that comment on Lusid's plans, you might get some nasty feedback on that.
BTW - GSXR's site is back up.

I'm using IE 6, but I've got my windows font size increased (17" monitor running at 1280x1024), so that's probably 1/2 of the problem.
