Just thought I would mention this auction which ends in two days to those TRON nuts out there:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=13718&item=6147744643&rd=1
starting bid of $50.
User states:
NO reproduction parts on this one! All original! Everything appears to be working 100%. Look at the pictures. The spinner rotates good, no cracks in the blue handle, wiring harness is complete.

Buy It Now: 299.99??? Holy Carp!! I wish I had one to sell.
I especially like the:
" I haven

looks to be in good shape too

I remember looking at one on e-bay complete CP and went for $45.00. This guy has a buy it now for 300.00, this guy needs money or he really don't want to sell it unless he catch the right fish and hook him in ;)
-
I really like the "complete" one that ended about a week ago.
The guy listed it as "complete", but then went on to say that it was missing the top of the joystick.
IIRC, that one was missing a few leaf switches too, and may have been missing the actuator, as well.

Well, considering he didn't put a reserve on it, I think he was just trying to test the market with his Buy It Now. Tron stuff still seems to be a sellers market. It does look pretty sweet and most of those joysticks are cracked, hard to find an original in good shape.

Where is the front volcano button?

Ehhhhh...?! I think you're thinking of some other trigger game.
-
he must have been reading this thread cause the buy it now is gone :D
Which one of US in here ;D ?
Don't look at me, cause I would sell that for $15.00, you know me, I'm cheap ;D
-
I believe that in a no reserve auction the buy it now disappears after the first bid is placed
-
Yeah, that's a pretty nice CPO. But no way is it $300 dollars worth of CPO!

My Tron CP had a joystick with a front volcano button. <see pic>

I believe yours is a discs of tron control panel.

That IS a Tron CP, Tron Spinner, and Tron stick BASE, but it has the DOT handle on it.
The DOT CP had a forward leaning joystick, and an Up/Down spinner that used a knob you could get your fingers under.
-
Is the one on the left (with incorrect joystick handle) from a TRON caberet? I've never seen one before.

I think he meant the CP.
I'm not sure.
It could be either that, or just a different overlay from a different lot.
