Title: X-arcade PCB connectors
Post by: markrvp on January 20, 2005, 06:38:10 pm
I discovered on my single player X-arcade that there are still 13 active inputs (which are used on the two player model).  The inputs are accessed through 5 pin nylon PCB connectors.  I have been unable to find matching connectors for the PCB headers.  Has anyone else used the X-arcade encoder and found connectors that work?

You can go to Fry's Electronics or some other like it like MarVac and ask the local clerk for the connectors. I forgot what the part number was, but it's there.

I was looking for those connectors everywhere. I could not find anything. Frys by me only has 4 and 6 pin connectors. I ordered some from a few on-line retailers, but none were the right size. I asked x-arcade what they were, but they would not say. You could try emailing them, see if they like you better :) If you do find out, post up.
