Title: ATI Radeon's and Component output
Post by: sofakng on January 17, 2005, 04:26:13 pm
I currently use an ATI Radeon 7500 (AGP) with s-video output and I'd like to upgrade to component output since my television (Toshiba 27A33 I think) supports it.

After searching for quite a bit I can't find any specifically compatible video cards, but supposedly any 8500 will work as well as 9500.

So, I'm looking at a cheap 8500 on E-bay, but it's only 32mb.  Will that work?  Should I buy a 9500 instead?  Do I need to buy anything special?

Does anybody have any specifcally compatible 8500/9500 cards?

Thanks in advance!
