I have a Jamma cabinet everything is there and still works you can plug it up all the lights come on and you can hear it playing in demo mode but it has no mointor is there any way to use the jamma signal plug in to a PC monitor or TV instead of a arcade monitor?

Long answer.
It is possible, as long as you are willing to spend twice the money doing it then what a replacement monitor would cost. And as long as you are willing to settle for a poor quality image.

Very few PC monitors support the standard 15khz output of jamma boards. If you are lucky, and I mean very lucky, you've got an old Commadore PC monitor. Those do support 15khz and work very nicely with game boards. There are a few other old monitors that support 15khz, but so very few that the chances of finding a working one any cheaper than a used arcade monitor are slim.
To display 15khz RGB on a tv you need an RGB to Composite converter. There's a few choices here, but nothing really "plug n' play". Some people hack specific game console adapters, some do it other ways. Google for "arcade supergun", you should get some ideas.
BTW, a "supergun" is a device for playing arcade game boards on a TV, it usually consists of a control panel, power supply and video converter.

Only problem is that essentially all the strange PC monitors that can do it are very small, and are not a good choice unless he has a 13" cab.
Not to mention the fact that many of them don't really produce a gameable image so much as they produce an image. I have had a couple that took the signal, but wrapped it horizontally, or made the colors look like a photonegative.
And once you start getting into adaptors you start getting into the area of stuff that costs more than a replacement monitor. $50 should buy you A workable 19" used arcade monitor. $100 should buy a GOOD one, while slighly more than that will get you a new one.

Thanks for the info! What I was wanting to do is I have 3 complete Jamma Cabinets that when turned on everything lights up and you hear it playing in attract mode (but no monitor). I wanted something simple to be able to hook up to it to see if it works.
I have been looking at the Vision Pro 19" and had some questions has anyone had any experience with these are they good, any problems, This is my first arcade cabinet so I am new and do not know a whole lot about what's good and what's not.

They've been around for a while & are used in some of the BIG (Projection) screen games.
