Title: Can't complete configuration wizard in cpviewer

I think I've got cpviewer about up and running, but I can't complete the configuration wizard because I really can't run my monitor above 480x640.  I'm running it vertically on my cocktail and it cuts off the final buttons on the right side. I can barely see the "back" button on the screen with the previews.  I can't reach any button to the right of the screen. I tried running the wizard horizontally on my monitor with no  luck either.  Can I set things up manually?

Are you able to TAB to it and use the Enter key?

I tried it and was able to tab to something I couldn't see.  When I hit enter it said configuration was complete.  Right now it won't load in Mamewah using the text from your sample ini.  Checked that the path's right.  I assume to launch from Mamewah, I press 2 and got to launch external app.  When I do, it won't load.  Guess I'll try to figure this one out. . . .
