Title: Slow or fast burn fuses?
Post by: ChadTower on January 15, 2005, 10:36:06 am
In the WG I'm trying to bring back after I killed it, I eyeballed the fuse last night.  I was surprised to see a slowburn fuse in there.  I know you can't tell by eyeballing a fuse if it's still good or not (unless it's TOAST), but it seemed okay.

My question:  should we have slow or fast burn fuses in there?  I had assumed fast, but the slowburn fuse threw me off...

The 9", 13", and 19" k7000 uses a 1.5 amp slo-blo fuse. The 25" k7000 (7191, etc.) uses a 2 amp slo-blo fuse.

so, it looks like at least all of the WG monitors take a slow blow... is that straight across all monitors?

(dammit, I bought a pack of fast blow to replace this one)
