Title: Selling extra parts - Added T-Stik Plus
Post by: Paul Olson on January 15, 2005, 04:11:31 am
My basic cab is done, with joys, trackball, and spinner.  I bought other parts to expand it, but have never gotten around to it.  I'm pretty happy with just the basics, so the other parts are being sold.

SOLD!!!!!!      I have an Operation Wolf gun on ebay.  I don't know if anyone ever got it to work in MAME.  Last I heard, no one had.  Here is the link if anyone is interested.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=6145815319&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT

Here is the list of parts not on ebay yet.  I will be posting them soon.  If you see something you want before they are posted, make an offer.

No longer for sale!!!!!!    Pole position shifter (there is a crack on the faceplate that has been repaired with glue)
No longer for sale!!!!!!    Pole Position pedals (from a sitdown cab - 2 pedals on one plate)
SOLD!!!!!!    IPAC (USB)
No longer for sale!!!!!!    Happs Analog Joystick (I don't see this exact one on their site, might be an older model)
SOLD!!!!!!!    4 8-way joysticks (look like Happs, but I think they were originals in a 4 Player cab)
SOLD!!!!!!!    1 8-way (I think) leafspring joystick
SOLD!!!!!!!    2 8-way joysticks & 20 black pushbuttons (you guessed it, the $20 set from the x-arcade people  ::) )
SOLD!!!!!!!    Act Labs VGA Light Gun (only selling because people are paying a lot for them  :o )
Edit -  An ebay auction for a used Act Labs gun just sold for $132.50 +shipping  :o :o :o
If anyone wants one, I'll sell it for $100 shipped.  I will hold it out for a few days,   if no one buys it by then,       it's going on ebay.
Edit #2 - I put it on ebay, it sold in 10 hours for $129.99 buy it now.  ;D ;D ;D

Sold!!!!!!!!   T-Stik Plus - $20 shipped to US addresses.  I tried to get used to the short throw on this, but it just didn't happen.  I just ordered a Ms Pacman Reunion stick to take care of my 4-way games, so I'm selling this one.  I swapped the switches with Cherrys to make the stick less stiff, it helps a lot, but I still prefer the longer throw.  The Cherry switches are still on the joystick.  I think 1 of them might be going bad, last time I used it, it didn't want to go left all the time.  The original switches are included.  I had to give the borrowed digital camera back, so I don't have any pictures of this one.

I have pictures if anyone wants to see them.

EDIT - I added pics, please scroll down to find them.

The IPAC is the 2 player model.  I think there is a newer version of it out now.  I bought this one a while back.

On the joysticks, I will try to figure out the shipping and get back to you.  I'm really good at buying stuff  ;D , but it is very rare that I ever sell anything.  I don't have that information on hand.

thedyingmatt - Thanks for repling.

As I mentioned, the ACT Labs gun is only for sale because of the prices people are getting for them.  I would like to keep it, but I have a lot of expensive hobbies.  ;D

The x-arcade joystick and button set is not complete.  Sorry, I just noticed it when I was getting everything together.  I am missing 1 button and 4 micoswitches.  So the set contains:

2 joysticks with switches
16 buttons with switches
3 buttons without switches

on  new note while playing the newest version of mame 32 (v .90)  I noticed in the control settings under enable light gun, there was a check box for dual light guns..

If someone can confirm that they have been able to emulate two light guns now, I might buy them both!!

Let me know the details!!

People have been doing it for a while with Analog +.  Not sure how hard it is to setup.  I only bought the one gun, so I never got to try it.  Try doing a search here in the forums, there should be quite a bit of info on it.

OK, Here's some pics.

Analog Joystick:
You can see a crack in the handle in the picture.  It was glued by the previous owner and feels solid.  The white sticker on the bottom says HappsControls.

Pics of the 4 8 way joysticks:
These were the originals from the cab I bought.  They only have one set of mounting holes (the wider ones), so if your CP has holes for the narrower holes, they wont fit.  My cab was a 4-player cab, converted to a 2-player Tekken 2, so I only used 2 of these.  The other 2 should work, the switches don't seem to stick at all.

Here is a pic of the Leafspring Joystick.  I don't know anything about this one.  I bought it off of ebay, and it went straight to the parts shelf.

Well, I was trying to sell extra parts to fund other hobbies, but ended up getting more into this one.  I have decided to make a modular CP, so I will be keeping the remaining parts.
Thanks to everyone who purchased my stuff, and I hope you enjoy them.
