Title: Hacked CFG's for ZiNc

Anyone have the ones for the new version of ZiNc?  I need the one for Street Fighter EX2 Plus that makes Kairi and Garuda available.  I tried downloading the hacked cfg's from dafreaks site, but they aren't doing it for me.

I'd really hate to have to get a score above 500,000 with every character....  : :-\
