Title: Blooming on 25K5515 - Flyback from Zanen?
Post by: hiperco on January 12, 2005, 10:29:11 pm: I'm not satisfied with the brightness on my (refurbished by me, with Ken's help ;D ) Wells 25K5515. I notice some blooming as well. Should I buy a new flyback? (Wells part number 53X0531-001). Any idea if Zanen carries this one?

(Is the 4900 flyback still available?)

Post by: Ken Layton on January 13, 2005, 11:36:26 am: It was discontinued well over ten years ago. The only hope is to get HR Diemen company (www.hrdiemen.es/indexeng.shtml) to make reproductions.
