i just ordered mine from angus and robertson, it cost me $49.95 (incuding shipping) and atm they are having a sale so it also gets %20 off the price as well  :o :o :o
so now you have no exuses  ;)

I bought one OFF THE SHELF (no ordering for me) at Dymocks in Adelaide. $46.95

I ordered mine from anguston & robertson $49.95 christmas pressent from my parents. took 2 weeks.

Bought mine from Amazon (US) marketplace for ~AU$30 delivered. Only took a little over a week to arrive.

Dymocks for me also. They had it on the shelf but I ordered it through their online shop just out of convenience.
