Well, I just placed an oder with HAPPS and during the entire thing they never say a thing about the actuall shipping charge...so they charged me 18 on 25 of stuff...I pulled my order. So now I need to find a 25" bezel for my arcade. Anyone got somethin?
-
Dude, I feel ya, I was in the exact same situation. They need to get that shiz fixed on the shipping.
-
Well depending on where you live, find a local Happ dealer. That's what I did.
-
Dallas, didn't look like they have one here
-
Yeah my 27" cost me 30 bux in shipping. If sent them a pretty pissed off email about their DONT SHOW THE SHIPPING COSTS UNTIL AFTER YOU GET BILLED CRAP!!!!!!!! I was just waiting for the shipping cost to show on the next step, but alas it never showed up. Oh well, live and learn.
-
I checked my shipping the second I finsihed the order by checking how much the pending transaction on the card is. And gave them a n emial to lower the shipping or cancel my order.

Hi there,
Scott84 there is a great dealer in TO for Happ parts.
Starburst Coin Machines
717 Kipling Avenue
1-888-977-4263
Dave Lunski is the parts manager there and is a really great guy. I've purchased everything for my arcade cabinet through them (include a WG D9200 monitor) and they've been excellent. Dave's email is dave@starburstcoin.com
Cheers.

Yeah, what he said! *lol*
Dave is a super guy to deal with and has been really helpfull when I've needed some oddball stuff for my pinball machine. Their prices on a lot of Happ stuff will work out to be cheaper (for Canadians) than buying from Happ directly.

The prices are almost the same as Happs via the US / Canadian conversion, but you saved from paying Happs expensive shipping rates.

So there a Canadian one...but is there a Dallas local dealer?

I seem to remember someone saying taht if you called in your order and asked them to ship USPS, it was a LOT cheaper..... maybe that didn't go for bezels, but it's worth a shot.
-
I'll give that a shot, but in an email i got back from that complaint they said UPS charges a dimensional weight because of the size of it...doubt USPS is much different

Here's where I saw it. Spystyle suggested it for some T-molding... not sure if you could do it with a bezel, but I'd sure say it's worth a shot. Good luck.

When ordering from any supplier ask them to ship DHL Ground. They all do it. DHL is blowing the pants off of everyone. Most importantly DHL does NOT charge extra for Residential Delivery. Also, I am a Happ Distributor and I am located in Illinois. If you need something drop me a line. My company also has a guarantee. We guarantee that you will be charged exactly what it costs us to ship your order. We do not inflate shipping to create artificially low prices.

I need a 25" monitor bezel + a few other small parts, can you give me a shipping estamate?
-
With this thread and the one linked, it seems the best best is to go to a local retailer. Only problem is there are none listed on Happ's site (discounting the couple of outlet places owned by Happ)
Is there a listing anywhere of all the retail stores in a given state (In my case Michigan, Flint area) that carry Happ (and others for that matter) parts?
Thank you,
Steven
