Afterburner...although the experience would be diminished somewhat on a mame cab. The controller on the arcade version actually shakes when you shoot or get shot.

Afterburner and G-LOC. Thunderblade is cool too. Oh, and Galaxy Force, but it's space based.

Call me old-fashioned, but I loved the cockpit version of Red Baron myself....
