Title: Help remembering the name of a game

Does anyone remember the 2D game where you play a little dude who runs around the bottom of the screen shooting spearheaded chains upwards at big round balls, which would break into two and get smaller whenever you hit one.  That's the best I can describe it.  Thanks!
