Depending on the Rev of Golden Tee you can find them on eBay Buy it Now's for $3 on up.

That link is for just the pc version of Golden Tee.  OP wants to buy the extra courses for that game.

I'm not sure if you will find this interesting, but you can download the additional courses and some modified courses for the game.  There are a few fun ones.  You'd want to download Suite Complete from that page.  When that's installed, you can link up to their server and download the courses into the GTG directory.
