hello, just need a little assistance with IE6
say im at www.google.com
and I type in the search field the letter "a"
and below the seach field it displays
apple
arrow
arse
arsenio
How do I turn that feature off where it doesnt display my previous searches
anyhelp would be greatly appreciated

Go to into the following menus:
Tools -> Internet Options
The go to the 'Content' tab and there you will see a button labelled 'AutoComplete'.
Click on it and deselect the options you don't want AutoCompleting then OK. I think the one you want to deselect is 'Forms' and possibly 'passwords'
There should be an easier way :P

Yes, it can be quite embarrassing when someone else uses your computer.
Other person types in "A" and the drop down box reads.

um.. Also has auto-complete, so it doesn't solve his problem.

maybe they should password protect the auto-complete feature to protect us from them emarrassing moments :D
