Title: little problem with monitor

When I am playing on my arcade game, the monitor looks like it moves

try setting tripplebuffer on.  (I assume you are running MAME)

well its just a normal arcade game, only playing one game, just flicks  up and down a bit

If I put my cell phone next to my PC monitor it will flick up and down. Maybe you have some type of interference
