Title: Hantarex 9000 or 9110?
Post by: Darmonde on December 28, 2004, 12:06:18 am
Hi, I've just picked up my first cab, and am very excited about it.  I'm a newbie in the worst way... please excuse my lack of knowledge!

I have a Hantarex monitor, and am pretty sure that it is a 9000 model, but I haven't found a good screenshot of the 9110 and am worried that I'm doing something wrong.  Can someone let me know for sure from the pictures what model board I have?

Also, the picture looks pretty good except for the vertical stretching picture I have.  I plan to replace all the capacitors anyway, but will this fix the problem?  I also read that it might be the yoke alignment, can someone help me with that also?  Thanks a lot!

Here are a couple more of the board.  Sorry for the unclear (and kind of large) pictures, I didn't take the board off of the screen just yet.  Thanks again,

You have the 9000 with the optional cooling fan. Definitely you need a capkit pronto.

What size is the CRT? I was under the impression that the MTC 9000 went up only 20"?

The reson I am asking is that looks exactly like my display and I have a 25" monitor.

I believe it was available in 13", 20", and 25". You could contact the manufacturer in either their UK office or Italian headquarters.

Thanks!  It is a 25" like Ken said, I'm ordering the capkit today.  Will the capkit fix the streching you think, or will I have to do other adjustments also?

It will fix alot of things, but you may need to readjust some controls after installing the kit.
