Title: Looking for a rough price of old arcade games at auctions.
Post by: the3eyedblindman on December 24, 2004, 03:07:30 pm
I'm looking for a rough estimate, but how much do early 90's upright cabinets go for at arcade auctions, lets say like a working NBA Jam, Mortal Kombat, or Terminator 2. How much do cabinets like these normally cost at auctions?

I don't know about at auctions.  Why don't you try ebay for something to compare them to.  But remember that on ebay location changes everything.  Something that goes for a high price in a major city might go for alot less in a rural area where there is no bidding competition.  (Since arcade games cost a bundle to ship.)

Popular 1990s era Deluxe titles like that in working condition tend to start at $300 and go up from there.

I have seen them all sell at that price, but in general they are higher than that these days.
