Title: TV remote hack

Hi
I was wondering if i could hack a tv remote like a joypad. So on my free standing control panel i could have the conrols lay out there. I know 'why not just use the remote' but i have a large space on my panel (a very large space) that needs filling. And it would look kind of cool.
