Title: Broken PCB?

I was thinking of purchasing Muscle Bomber Duo PCB from highway.net store and it seems it faulty the owner told me he plugged it in the cabinet and there was no sound or picture. WHat exactly is wrong with the PCB and is it even possible to fix? Thanks to anyone that can help!

how do you know its the PCB ? Did you see it ?
Does it provide power when turned on ? Lose wires, bad monitor, bad speaker, BAD SELLER. You need to look a it and if its looks like just a FUSE problem, give him $5.00 and run away wirth it.

Yes, you can get them fixed. Lots of things go out of PCB's.

That one may be a processor.

They cost at least $75 to fix, and there's lots of people to fix them around.  If it's an newer one it's harder to fix. I'm not familiar with Muscle Bomber Duo.
