99% of people on the internet ARE FREAKING RETARDED.
Are you saying there's only 100 people on there internet? don't be dumb
Why?
How am I retarded?
I find it really amusing when people think they know how a word is pronounced and they go around correcting people even though they are wrong.
My wife is Italian and her parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles were all born and raised in Italy. They were teens aor adults when the came to the states.
My favorite was going to an "Italian" (American Italian, not authentic Italian) resturant and having the waiter correct my mother-in-law when she ordered bruschetta. It is properly pronuonced brew-sket-ta, most americans want to pronounce it bre-shet-ta.
I say mole-ecks.
heh, tell me about it. The Italian language is great for this. I'm Italian and always pronounce Italian words with the accent I grew up with. I get a twinge in my spine when I hear someone say "motts-a-rella" or "man-i-kot-ee" or the like. I make sure not to "correct" people though since it's useless. Heck, dialects within languages say stuff different ways, lol, so you'll never please everyone.
So...how DO you pronounce it?Seconded, because not to cause you more twitching, but I've always said "motts-a-rella" or "man-i-kot-ee".
Working in a retail store that sells all types of connectors.Although sometimes I'll pronounce it: mhnaphh-pnbabeduh
Mole-Eks
