WG7193 is a 25" monitor (although considering the voodoo they use to get screen sizes its no wonder you were lead astray).  before you fire up your rig make sure that the video output is 15khz (not the PC standard of 31 khz) you either need software to do this such as the blade3d software or ati's powerstrip or hardware--such as the arcadevga or jpac.  Also you can buy premade harnesses from ultimarc i believe.  It sounds like you may have some more research to do before you start playing or else you just didn't post enough details for me to know one way or the other.

...such as the arcadevga or jpac...

The J-PAC merely has a protection circuit to prevent damage to an arcade monitor.  It will split the signal in half -  and also the picture.  Once the system has reached a 15KHz mode, it'll look okay.

ArcadeVGA supports this mode out-of-the-box, but it is not the only solution. The Blade64 was mentioned, and works quite well.

nothing in your post indicates you have any sort of conversion happening to convert the 31khz output of the pc down to 15khz that the arcade monitor runs at--IF YOU FEED IT A 31KHZ FOR ANY ENGTH OF TIME YOU MAY KILL IT.  you can't just hack the cable and hope that it works.

if you use an arcadevga you can do away with the jpac as it does all the conversion for you, but with a regular pc video card--forget about it, unless you have something to drive the proper signal.
