Hi everyone, I wanted to introduce myself to the group. Ive been
visiting here for probably 2 years or so. Ive been into the MAME scene
for a good 2-3 years now and built an upright cabinet last summer
based off the UAII plans. Came out well, really surprised myself!
Anyway, Im now building a cocktail cab with the Arcadedepot kit. My
question is the mounting of the monitor. I have a Wells Gardner D9100
that I will be using for this. Could anyone that has mounted an arcade
monitor into this kit or into a cocktail with similar dimensions to
the midway cabs let me know the method they used? Im thinking of some
kind of rigging with 2x4's, but wanted to get any ideas?
Thanks
Erik

Look for my thread in the "Project Announcements" section. You can do a search on "pile o' cocktails" to find it. Basically I used a couple of 2x4's against the folding side of the cabinet, and a couple of oak 1x4" cut to a smaller width against the cocktail top. There is a bit more detail in the Pile o' Cocktails thread.
