Never used Gens+ myself but I use Fusion for ALL the Sega console with Mamewah with no problems and no need of the wrapper.
I would highly recommend the Mamewah ini files etc from this site. John been a great help.

I'll post the developer the changes I made to Gens FE & AVGA to see if he can incorpate permanently into Gens Plus. Would be very handly if he agrees to.

i've been mailing rodrigo about making one version of gens+ that would exit with esc. or to have a ini or commandline switch to trigger that. he said ok, but that was 5weeks ago, and i haven't heard from him since..
i know he had problems with his computer and stuff recently.

I really wish these emu guys would make the exit key built in and make in customizable.. cant be that hard to add...

well I recently asked the dude who working on a kaillera enabled version of Snes9x known as Snes9k to make similar changes if possible.
in short, we may be lucky to see a the next version support quiting the emu using esc in fullscreen... but again, I got no confirmation on this so we'll just have to wait for the next version and see.
as for gens+, recompiling a version with different key support is pretty trivial if its based on Gens 2.12. e.g. even I might consider doing it every release featuring major enhancements. The AVGA version is a tad more tricky, but as I own two of the damn things, you'll know that I'll want it to work! :)
I'm looking at the source now!

any news on this one? anyone that can compile visual c++ 7 (.net ?)
or anyone that has a compiled version of gens+ that uses esc as exit button (instead of alt-F4)

A veery late bump.. but has this ever been released?
Gens+ (I NEED the volume control and resolutions) with FE capabilities..
