Title: he died with a felafel in his hands
Post by: danny_galaga on December 19, 2004, 09:31:59 am: they just played this movie on the tube the other night and i was reminded how good it was. so i want to share the joy! was made about 4 years ago. it's essentially a comedy about share-house living. it's gotta be one of the best movies to come out of australia- full stop! and the story is universal, not just something aussies will get (years ago i saw a canadian comedy 'brain candy'. i just couldn't get it) .see it! but don't just take MY word for it:

"i laughed, i cried" - a manic-depressive

"i gave it eight claws up"- dr zoidberg

waddaya mean i just made those up? oh, and in case you hate him- this is NOT directed by barry luhrmann ;)

Would it be in the 'b' movie section or the 'c' movie section?

The best off the wall movie I've seen lately is "Bubba Ho Tep".

It's about what really happened to Elvis, he was in a nursing home in Texas, He and a Black guy who thought he was JFK fought an ancient Egyptian Mummy that was killing off the old people in the home. It's a must see.

Wow. I don't like the guy either but it's not healthy to have a hate on for someone so bad you insert wishes for their death in completely irrelevant places.

Evidently not ;D

He's like Rush Limbaugh, but more brutal on conservatives if/when he has a problem with them and their actions.

He also likes to have phone sex with subordinates. Against their will (to hang up).
