Sure:

1) Your caps lock key, turn it off.  It's considered shouting.

2) You haven't described *any* problems, or questions.  If you're just getting started, there is a stickied link in the main forum, entitled something like 'link for newbies and other formerly stickied posts.'  I suggest reading through the main site and this stickied post first.
