Post by: SirPeale on April 17, 2004, 02:32:24 pm
I've got a bunch of PC games for sale.

One copy Need For Speed: Porche Unleashed
Two copies EA Sports Madden 2002
Four copies EA Sports NBA Live 2001
Three copies EA Sports NHL 2002

I'll take *any* offer.  I just want to get rid of them.  Just add $3.85 Priority shipping to that figure.

Edit: NFS Porche Unleashed SOLD!

Cleaning? You cleaned me off the entire thread! lol

I cleaned most everything extrtaneous.

Quote
Why don't you put all the stuff you have in the first message in this thread. So everyone doesn't have to read through it to know what you have (and then descriptions at the end when a new item becomes available)

It's easier for me this way to remove items when they are sold.  Each message conveys one item (okay, sometimes there are a couple items) for sale.  When that item is sold, the message is deleted.  If anyone wants to check out the new stuff, all they have to do is click the 'NEW' icon to flip down to the newest post.

Quote
(man I really like that lamp. too bad its halogen =/ I don't see why more of this stuff hasn't sold...)

Me neither.  What's wrong with halogen lights?  If you're thinking of the fire factor, that was only with the torchiere lamps made in the 90s, and that was only if someone was dumb enough to put them near drapes or whatnot.  This has a *very* nice light, and if I didn't already have a ton of desklamps I'd keep it.  It's darned sharp.

Oh well...whatever doesn't sell now will sell @ yard sale in the Spring.

The prices are US right?  What you need to do is add a shipping cost calculator for a few different companies to the bottom of each item.  Find it's weight and put in your zip code.  Then people come along, enter their code and see how much it will cost them for shipping.  After that, they put a nice $0.01 bid in and they get it cheap LOL

Well, I've sold some, I'd like to sell more.  Sooner or later it will end up on eBay or come Spring, at a yard sale.  Some of this stuff I'm suprised didn't sell right away, like the CD Stomper, or the USB thumb hum.  Other stuff like the lamp, some people are leery of halogen lamps (I dunno why, they're perfectly safe).  Other stuff I'm willing to pretty much give it away, just to get it out of the  house.

Well as of now, I am looking at the USB Thumb, the lamp, Optical Scroll Mouse (for modding) and the CD stomper.
Title: Re: Peale's Stuff For Sale Thread
Post by: SirPeale on February 25, 2005, 08:19:30 am
Well, the lamp alone is 9lbs.  The other stuff wouldn't be terribly bad to .ca, let's see, estimating @ 4lbs...

$18.00, and that's just four pounds (http://ircalc.usps.gov/intl_speed.asp?CID=10054&MailType=package&Pounds=4&Ounces=0).  And I won't ship internationally any way except Global Priority.

Aww damn shipping, there goes a few sales :P  If the shipping was cheaper or you used a different method I would still consider some stuff, definately not the lamp :D

It's brand new.  There is a *minor* cosmetic blemish on the hood that's not noticable unless you look for it.  It wasn't working when I got it, but that's because a wire came undone.  Three minutes with my soldering iron fixed that.

Few months ago.  I remember reading it, but I haven't sold since then.  It's been in *my* TOS ever since, but since I forgot, I never changed it.

What the ---fudgesicle---, are you  :censored: me?? I noticed the premiere account option when I was fiddling with PayPal a month or to ago. Got annoyed when it kept trying to set itself as one.
