Greets all,
Just a bit of intel potential purchasers of the Betson Imperial 27" multisync monitor.
Looks like the monitors are not being shipped with Video input cables, power cables, or the user interface control board. This means that you will have to wire a harness for each. (a pretty big pain in the a**) I have spoken with Betson on both coasts. They apparently got in about 600 monitors with these parts missing, so I and 599 other customers are in a rough spot.
In Betsons defense, they are working with me to try to get the missing parts quickly and have offered to exchange or refund.
If you are ordering, make sure you have the sales person check to see that you get shipped the monitor and all harnesses.
just an FYI,
Hartdaddy.

I'll tell you right now that Betson has excellent service, so hope things work out in your favor more than you anticipate. As for your issue, as I have my own with it (and am returning mine), I myself didn't have this particular problem and hope yours is solved soon.

Spade,
Agreed. The Betson guys are working hard for me. They are doing all they can. Kortek is most certainly the problem.
If you are looking to exchange it, make sure all of the parts with it, otherwise, keep the wiring harnesses to use on the new one.
Best of luck dude. Let me know how it turns out.
