Hey guys-
Is there anything that can go on the edge of a 3/4" MDF/Plexi CP? When we're playing, the plexi is cutting our wrists up- so I'm wanting to find something that can attach or go around the edges so that it pads it or softens the edges of the CP. Kinda like a wrist pad for computer mouse, but much smaller maybe? I don't know- any ideas? Oh- and running the router around the edge isn't an option...
Thanks!

Why don't you try running a file along the offending edge?

Ummm, I COULD try that, I guess- but I think it'd still be a little too sharp. Is there any other ideas to do this?
Thanks

I remember reading somewhere that some dude used fine sandpaper.

You could bullnose the edge of the plexi, the way Pixelhugger did on his trackball hole- look here:

yeah- I just didn't want to yank out the router and make another huge mess again! LOL! Not to mention- now that Im done with it all, I don't want to risk cracking the plexi- which is why I was just looking for an add-on solution. Plus, I kinda think that a wrist pad would be pretty comfortable IMO...

Thats what I did, I used 220 grit, and rounded off the edges. Now its as smooth as a babies butt. Try it, it works great.
