Ok guys, we almost have enough interest to make this happen. Lets get a show of
a few more people and right after Xmas we can do a preorder to see who is
really serious.
Mark Williams has generously offered to loan an NOS Robotron cpo so it can be
done right.
Arcadeshop currently sells one but its wrong. The anal crowd wants something
better. In Stevens defense he bought original films from Herb Silvers. Herbs
vinyl was crappy and the art was wrong. At that time it was better than nothing
if you had a trashed cpo. Steven did use a better grade vinyl but didnt correct
the art. As the rerpos have evolved people demaded better.
Without trying to step on Stevens toes, I have emailed him to see if he would
like to take this project on before I do. This would be a one time run for me.
Expect the price to be $45 plus shipping. Since the market is saturated already
and likely this would only appeal to the anal collectors I mention, I cant run
250 of these.
The private email is off to Steven as of this moment. I hope to have some
answers for you guys right after Xmas
