Title: Getting Started!
Post by: bcard74 on October 02, 2002, 02:19:35 pm
Just breaking ground today on my first Mame cabinet.  Wanted to thank everyone that has helped me out in the planning of this monster, BYOAC has been a goldmine for information.

So here she is in all her glory ...  1986 generic Bally Midway cabinet just prior to ripping the CP off and starting to strip it down ...

I kinda like the lamo side "art"... of course I currently hvae plain black and am not sure what I'm going to do. =)

If I could come up with a theme and find a cheaper way, I might follow in 1up's custom side art footsteps...

we'll see...

I have seen so much great stuff in the way of sideart on the examples boards, I am still not sure what I am going to do.  The more I look at this cabinet as I strip away though I almost kind of agree that the old retro MB graphic kinda looks cool ...

Easy to do again, and cheap ...  Some spray paint would probably do the trick ...
