Well for Supers I see $7.99 each for 1-5 and $6.99 each for 6 or more.  For the Competitions I see 1-24 for   $10.95 each and 25 or more for $7.95 each.

I second that.  Especially when it comes to P360s.

I didn't have any $$$ the last time they were on sale for like $25 or whatever so that's deffinitly something I would want to know about ASAP if it happens again...

anyone who says x-arcade sells crappy knockoffs is being way too picky and obviously bitter about paying too much for their over-priced happ brand supers.  I've owned a pair of happ supers and about 8 pairs of x-arcade joysticks...they're EXACTLY the same in feel, durability, and design.

I haven't played on any Happ supers yet but I know I don't like the X-Arcade joysticks.  For all I know I wouldn't like Happ Supers either.  However for $1 more per joystick I can get a Happ Competition joystick which comes with softer and more solidly constructed Cherry Brand Microswitches.  The X-Arcade Microswitches are funtional but they have a very loud and hollow sound to them.

I don't feel you there man.

The X-gaming sticks have too long a throw and too loose a feel... and that makes them bad for fighters plus they end up feeling real cheap.  :P

I'm sure swapping the springs makes them 1000 times better. Since I have Happs sticks already (P360's) I don't know tho.

They are similar, but they have a distinctiively different feel to them. I've owned many different types of joys and the xarcade clickity (switches) and through and tension just doesn't feel good.

This is just my opinion that they are junk. Maybe my junk is your treasure, but I'd pass on them if you can.

Check out Kev's review of them  here (http://www.retroblast.com/reviews/joysticks/xgaming.html) for another point of view.

It's not picky... there is a distinct and noticeable difference. They are NOT happ supers.  If you like them great, but don't call people bitter because they can feel a difference.  IMHO, the Xarcade parts are garbage and probably wouldn't buy them if they were half the prices of Happs.  I can't stand the clicky microswitches.

Well I'm a firm believer in the phrase "You get what you pay for", so I don't doubt any of you when you say you

You can buy Cherry switches from  Bob (http://www.therealbobroberts.com/)

Bob sells em for $9 (10 cherry microswitches).

You can also find them on eBay.

Just to throw my opinion in the mix, I ordered 2 x-arcade joysticks with 20 black buttons for my CP a long time ago on ebay (only 20 bucks, so it seemed more affordable to a poor college student with the retro bug).  I also had 4 competitions and a happs super already on the panel that I had recieved with my TMNT cab converted WWF Wrestmania.

Anywho, I ended up with the super on player 1 and an x-arcade joystick on player 2.  There isn't *that* much of difference, but I made a point in putting the super as player 1, which I use the most.  The microswitches are definitely better on the real Super.  And I just like using the super in fighers...seems more precise.

makes me wonder if I should swap out the microswitches on my buttons.  Might pay Bob Robert's site a visit for the holdidays :)
