Title: Ultimarc TB- Which Way is Up?
Post by: eyal8r on December 05, 2004, 02:52:31 am
LOL- ok- cant believe I have to ask this, but it IS important...

Mounting a 2.25" Ultimarc TB with NO plate to my wood CP. My question- when looking at the tb, how do you know which way is up? So, if I'm looking at the top of my CP as if I am going to use it, which side will the wheels be on? There's no documentation of how to mount this anywhere.  This matters because I am having to route out wood to make room for the wheels underneath.  Any ideas?
Thanks!

Figured it out- not only do they NOT mark, it, but, the documentation on their site is wrong. FYI for future readers...

The X-Axis spinner goes on the bottom left hand side (X1/X2), while the Y-Axis wheel goes on the top/right side (Y1/Y2)- this is upside down from the documentation on the Ultimarc site...

I just installed one of these.  You can mount it however you like then wire it accordingly
