Just checking to see if I can get $100 for a new Ultimarc ArcadeVGA card.

For $100 shipped, maybe.  The thing is is it's $89 new from Ultimarc.  Couple that with $12 for shipping and you're only at $101 total, one more dollar than you're offering.  You'd probably have an easier sell if you went around $90 or less.
