At an arcade auction. www.gameroommagazine.com/shows

I've used a couple of Arcade Depot (http://arcadedepot.com)'s Midway style kits in the past, they turned out beautifully too. They take an hour or two to put together. They're a little more expensive now than when I bought from them, but I think the end result is well worth it.

JoyMonkey,
Did they have the glass and clips? Did it have the metal CP with it?
-
I got the clips and metal control panels from them, they drilled the control panels to a drawing I gave them and they worked out fine.
At the time, they didn't do glass, but they have it now for $95. I got a local glass company to make the tempered glass for me for $70. I got monitor bezels from someplace else, but ArcadeDepot has them now precut for $17.

do you have to buy the CP's separately from the kits?
it seems that way
-
I think so. If I was getting another one, I'd just make the panels myself- it's just a piece of aluminum with three bends and the appropriate holes punched in it, sanded and sprayed black.

...I used them too....very happy with the results!....fast shipping....(but they were a little sloppy and made a few mistakes that they corrected).
Overall....great quality, good service ....very happy customer!
MameMaster!
PS- I'm going to post pics soon by the way (in projects) as I just rebuilt my cocktail cab over the last two weekends!
