Title: Digitally Printed Vinyl
Post by: Pacific Ripper on December 02, 2004, 02:30:37 am
I don't know if anyone else is interested, but I found this site: http://www.xlprints.com/
They do digitally printed vinyl. I have no idea how much it costs to do side art and if anyone has an idea please fill me in on the details.

I wonder how good the quality is.  I was reading the "how to send them files if its photoshop"  they want the image to be 1 foot = 1 inch in PS. For a 3 ft x 8 ft banner, document should be set up 3 in X 8 in.  Im real curious as to how much it costs?   The Vodoo 3 VW bug is crazy looking I know that

I've printed on my own vinyl before. Just to let you know, it looks great, but it turns out weak as all get out. You need some form of artwork protection, like a spray laminate, or else it will bleed due to sweat, and scratch easily.
