Title: Vantage Question

I seen alot of work got done on Vantage in the past year, but is work still being done on it? I haven't seen any recent posts.

It's always on our minds to do so, but other projects always get in the way.

Of course, ANYONE is welcome to pick up the source and put a new game into it.  A new CPU instruction set (like the 6502) would be a major bonus.  Oh, mouse support too.  Trade the .pcx for .png support would be awesome.   ;D

I added in png support for Vantage using the libpng source with my last code update. It had a glitch reading from the screen bitmap that caused image doubling though. I haven't had too much time to look at it. If someone else could fix the interleaved memory read function, it would be done.

I submitted my code, along with the driver for rescue a while back. It should be with the rest of the Vantage code.
