Title: Gamelauncher - cannot create logs directory error

I've installed gamelauncher on one machine and it works perfectly. However, on a different machine (win2k) upon startup I get the message "cannot create logs directory" and it exits. I've verified that the logs directory is there and if I rename it gamelauncher will recreate it for me.

Any suggestions?
