Title: Getting snaps converted for AdvMAME

Can anyone walk me through converting MAME32 snaps to snaps I can use in AdvanceMAME?

I've tried using Irfanview, as someone said it could be done using this program. I followed the instructions precisely and just got gobbledegook.

As is apparent, I am not a user of art packages, so technical stuff will go over my head - if someone can explain in buffoon-proof language how to do this in simple steps (in any package) I'd be extremely grateful.

Advmame does not use SNAPS, did you mean ADvmenu ?

Thanks for the correction - now I know what I mean as well as everyone else  ;D
