What is the best hardware to use to mount the motherboard, power supply, HDD, etc to a wooden (actually MDF) cabinet?

I mounted all my computer hardware to a piece of  plywood and then installed this in the cab for easy removal and testing and upgrades.
I screwed the power suupply down to the  plywood.
for the motherboard  I screwed up from the back of the plywood into spacer blocks that are under the MB screw holes, and then screwed down thru the MB with small screws. for the hard drive and  floppy drive I used
heavy duty Velcro.
                       good luck
