Hey guys (and gals)

I have 2 30" pieces of Happs marquee holder to send to Canada...

any suggestions for a cheap delivery?

I'd go USPS...  if you send UPS or FedEx you're likely to hit the recipient with taxes and duties (are they the same thing?).  Send USPS and check off "gift" and put a low value.

also..just heard on the news today that there's a UPS labour problem  (in Canada..)

Our shipper here says that UPS is back to work effective Nov 24, 2004.  So hopefully I'll be getting my long awaited motherboard.

As for shipping, I have received packages through DHL where the charges were the same as USPS.  I think this was for their economy service.  Can anyone confirm?

Yeah I think DHL is more reasonable than UPS. UPS also protects themselves from complaints by posting the rates on their site. Don't import ANYTHING through UPS......

DHL has been nothing but slow for me..

Had a package come from 2 states over, your reading right, 2 states.. it took 7 days.. thats beyond to long..
