Could someone tell me how much some coin mechs are worth? The ones in question are 2 Coin Controls 25 Cent and 2 Coin Mech 25 cent. All in working condition

Here is link to HAPPS for all coin mechs.
http://www.happcontrols.com/cc/mechs.htm
usually prices there are from $15-30 or maybe higher.
Usually a used one could go from $5-10 and for the electroni ones, higher.
Someone posted some here in for buy/sell/trade for $5.00 each (.25c) but that waws a while ago.
(shamless plug)
if interested later on on how to BYO Ultimate all in one Coin mech (this mech accepts any tokens/coins) here is a link.

I had bookmarked that thread previously and it's a very cool step by step. But I have a question about a really low-tech 'all in one' coin mech.
I swear I saw a thread on this board that had a picture of a coin-door where the back just had a folded-cardboard 'channel' that caused the coins to activate a switch. There was no real 'mech' at all except for a microswitch that would be activated when the coin dropped down a slot made by this folded cardboard (or something).
Does anybody have any idea what I'm talking about, or did I dream the whole thing?
Thanks

In all reality they are worth almost nothing. They might COST a certain amount, but they have very little resale value, being one of those things that everyone in the business has more spares than they know what to do with. I probably have 30 extra ones myself.

Used maybe $5 each?
(metal or plastic??)

You were not dreaming, I remember the same thing, but I think it was on the main site, not in the forums, but it has been a while. As I remember it was nothing fancy, just cardboard to get the coin from the slot to the switch.
Well, it's good to know I didn't make it up completely, but I still can't find it.
I did find this guy (http://www.licoricepizza.com/fantastic4.html) who made one out of plexi and JB Weld.
