I'm going to hack some PC speakers that are cheap for the amp and hook them up to Happs 4" speakers, will this be enough to create a decent audio jukebox for a small game room?

How much are those Happ speakers? If you go through June's jukebox thread, you'll find a set of Logitech speakers that are AWESOME and cheap, listing for $45 @ Amazon and will get not only a small game room bumpin' but your whole friggen HOUSE!
I dunno if you've already bought the speakers from Happs, but I'd bet the Logitechs will save you not only money, but headaches.

they're $45? Ouch. The Happ's speakers are less than $10 for a pair

I went with a couple of Happs 4" shielded speakers hacked to a PC speaker amp board in my upright.
It's not "house rockin" sound but pretty good for the investment.
I've got a jukebox project (when I ever find the time) where I'm planning to use an actual amplifier and a better set of speakers but the Happs speaker hack is pretty good sound for the $ invested.
Its great for games and it ended up sounding a lot better than what I thought it would for a juke.
