Title: Trackball and Spinner settings in mame

how do i set these(ps/2 trackball and USB spinner) in cmdline version of mame...running latest verison..thanks in advance

go to your mame ini and set your mouse to 1

can the mouse buttons be buttons in mame?

Of course :)  In fact, they usually default to buttons 1 & 2 when mouse is enabled.
