Title: 15 inch Pivot color monitor

Has anybody ever gotten a Pivot color monitor to work with Dos mame and Arcade os?    If so how?   This is one of those monitors that rotate, I think it was made for the Apple, but I'm trying to use it on  PC.   It's also fixed freq monitor I believe.  Only paid $10 for is, but I thought it would be cool to use as a test monitor.  Any help would be appreciated!
