Title: new zealand story. sound?

i could have sworn that the mamed new zealand story had sound. but now i dont hear it. was i imagining things?

Mine has it, I just checked. They probably took the sound out because it wasn't accurate or was horking up the all important CHD games or something.  >:(

just downloaded the bootleg version. that has sound, so im happy again  :) . still cant understand why the original had sound, and then not. one of those mysteries of the universe i'll never discover i guess...

What version of MAME are you running?  I just checked, and both the original and bootleg versions have sound in .88.  If it's been broken in one of subsequent updates, it's going to sour my elation over the progress made on Cotton.  :(
