I have the XC3715; you're right - its a big a** monitor. I don't think there is much difference between the 3710 and 3715; the 3715 may allow greater resolution or have a different remote, I'm not sure. I have an .inf file for the 3715, it should have the 3710 in it. Its at home now, so I'll send it later if you want. I also have a hard copy of the owner's manual - I found an address for their support group in CA. I can scan that in for you if you want. The support group in CA also has a service manual, I think its around $20. I'll try to find the address info tonight also.
If you are able to support the weight (250 lbs) this is one nice monitor to have. I've been playing Doom 3 on it lately and my 5 year old has been playing California Speed on the Project64 emu. Also, it looks great for DVDs.
Like I said, I'll try to find that stuff tonight,

Here's the inf file. I had to rename it to an allowed file type. The contact info for the owner's manual is:
Mitsubishi Electric
9351 Jeronimo Road
Irvine, CA 92618
888.307.0308
888.242.3598 Fax
The instruction book is 32 pages, it will take me a while to scan it in and convert to a pdf. Also, I'll be out of town starting Friday for a week, so it will be after Thanksgiving before I could start. If you want, I can make a copy here at work and mail it to you. Send me a pm if that's what you want.

Looks like renaming the file did'nt work. Try a google search for "Mitsubishi inf". The first result brought up this site http://www.necmitsubishi.com/support/css/signedinf/files2.htm (http://www.necmitsubishi.com/support/css/signedinf/files2.htm) Just select other mitsubishi models and you'll be able to download the inf file.
