Title: skip_disclaimer and skip_game_info?

Where the hell to I put these lines. I'm running 0.86 windows command line mame, & Mamewah 1.52 (just upgraded) and I cant figure out for the life of me where to put these. Cheers.

disable them at the bottom of MAME.ini (in the mame directoy, not mamewah) that way you don't have to worry about it in mamewah.

run "MAME -cc" to create mame.ini if it doesn't exist
