Hey guys, i have a question. I recently made the scart cable for my arcade cabinet. I have noticed that on the left side of my screen there are dark bars of color with a lighter outline that are vertical. Also there are two bars that scroll up that are horizontal position.
I reconnected my arcade pcb and it looks fine, so this leads me to belive its the cable im using and not the monitor. Im going to try and resolder the cable this weekend and use some better shielded cabling for the job. Should this do the trick?
Monitor is a wg25k7919 and im using a universal scart cable from liksang that has connection to all the systems.
Any suggestion would be tons of help. Also its only apparent when there is black or dark colors on the screen.
Thanks ahead of time

still no answer? hehe..
Ok still having the problem but i belive its the lm chip i put together, maybe weak soldering points on the bread board?
Looks like it is the line since i can plug in a jamma board and the picture is perfect.

Did you try adjusting the monitor? Is it possible you got the GROUND and SYNC mixed up?
The thing about JAMMA games is not all of them are calibrated to the same settings. For example, I used to have a few JAMMA boards and sometimes the contrast, brightness and vertical hold for one game would not be right for another game (I'd have to re-adjust every time I swapped PCBs!)
